Looking for a new Job Opportunity? Malone is hiring for a van driving position in Brunswick, GA.
Highlights :
- Starting Pay Rate : $15.00
- Full time hours :
A Shift : M-F 7am-4pm
C Shift : M-F 4 : 30pm-1am
Part time hours available
Responsibilities :
- Drive a shuttle van.
- Communicate work assignments to drivers and monitor progress toward completion throughout the day.
- Record daily activity on a computer tablet as well as a written report.
- Plan vehicle movements in a manner that results in minimal wait time for drivers and consolidate movement whenever possible.
- Trouble shoot as needed to facilitate the processing of damaged units or other units requiring special attention.
- Ensure a spotter is used when backing up vehicles.
- Serve as a role model to other employees in both work performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Must monitor and promote cleanliness on the shuttle van and all IAP zones.
- Promote the goal of safety and the prevention of on-the-job accidents resulting in injury to employees and property.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
- Must monitor, dissuade, and report any unacceptable acts of conduct of team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED OR 1 year continuous work experience with no more than 2 employers
- Valid US Driver’s License
Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
- 2 months experience in Field Department and working knowledge of specific account procedures.
- Drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
